AVALON, CALIFORNIA — MAY 21, 2025 — Red Oak Capital Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of private capital solutions for commercial real estate, has closed on a $6-million bridge loan for the Hermosa Hotel & Apartments on Southern California’s Catalina Island. The loan proceeds will retire existing debt at the century-old property, located at 131-171 Metropole Avenue in Avalon, CA.
