CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA—March 26, 2025—Red Oak Capital Holdings, LLC and its affiliate, Oak Real Estate Partners (OREP), have appointed Matthew Webster as Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. In this role, he will oversee credit policy, risk management, and underwriting operations across both Red Oak’s lending platform and OREP’s investment strategies. He has also been installed on the companies' Credit and Investment Committees.
